About me
For a long time, I moved at a fast pace. I was always busy, pushing myself, and rarely pausing long enough to check in with how I was actually feeling.
At 15, I was diagnosed with scoliosis, and by 18 I had undergone two spinal surgeries. That experience introduced me early to the body’s need to be listened to, even when the mind wants to keep going.
In my early twenties, I was drawn to discipline and structure through bodybuilding, while also working in corporate environments in search of a path that felt right. On the outside, I appeared strong and capable, but internally I was running on empty.
Over time, that way of living caught up with me. I experienced burnout, anxiety, insomnia, and ongoing health challenges. My nervous system was constantly in overdrive, and my body could no longer keep up with the pressure. My menstrual cycle disappeared for several years, which was a clear sign that something wasn’t working.
It was through coming back to stillness, through restorative and yin yoga, gentle breathwork, and yoga nidra, that things began to shift. My sleep improved, my body started to relax, and I slowly began to feel safe again. My cycle returned, and with it came a deeper understanding of what my body actually needed.
I realised that what I needed wasn’t more discipline, but more support. Not more pushing, but space to rest.
Now, I guide others through that same process. I support a shift out of constant doing and into a more grounded, regulated way of being. My work is gentle, practical, and shaped by lived experience.
Through Nidra, restorative practices, and Reiki, I offer a space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and build a sense of calm from the inside out.
