A slow, mindful class focused on somatic movement, breath awareness, and gentle transitions. Designed to support the nervous system and create a grounded start to the week.

Gentle breathwork, restorative yoga & sound healing
A deeply calming class to end the week and set up for the week ahead. Gentle breathwork, restorative postures and sound healing with Crystal Quartz bowls and Koshi chimes. Designed to support deep rest, regulation and reset.
